88% of Erdington residents say no to Wheelie Bins giving Labour’s wheelie bin plans the big thumbs down. This follows a recent ward meeting where 92% of residents said no to Labours plan to introduce wheelie bins.

Erdington Conservatives recent survey across 10,000 homes in Erdington Ward has produced a massive response.

Residents are worried about where they would be able to store 3 bins. About how they are meant to move them, Elderly residents are dreading having to lug them around,  and about the Council refusing to supply bin bags anymore.

“I share residents suspicion that this is the first stage towards Labour imposing fortnightly refuse collections and charges on Erdington residents” said Cllr Robert Alden.
