Cllr Matt Bennett along with local residents and traders, recently asked the Police to actively and aggressively crack down on street drinking on Slade Road. The Police have the power to remove drinks from anyone drinking on the street, to fine them and to arrest them if necessary. They have now started doing this and I hope that it will start to make a difference.

I will continue working with residents to ensure that the Police come down hard on crime and antisocial behaviour in Stockland Green.
