Popular local Councillors Robert Alden, Gareth Moore and Bob Beauchamp are backing former Stockland Green Councillor Matt Bennett to be the new Police Commissioner for the Erdington area.

Bob said "this thursday is polling day and I hope residents will back Matt Bennett as the only candidate who has pledged to keep Erdington Police Station open for the entire term of office. the Labour candidate has sadly refused to back this pledge".
